Chief Operating Officer
Wald Westerlinck serves as Chief Operating Officer of Rivulis, leading the company’s global Operations organization, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Manufacturing Engineering, Footprint Optimization, and R&D. He is responsible for strengthening Rivulis’ global operating model, advancing operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across the company’s worldwide manufacturing network.
Wald brings more than 25 years of international manufacturing and operations leadership experience spanning six continents. Prior to joining Rivulis, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Bischof+Klein, a leading European flexible-packaging manufacturer, where he led the transformation of the company’s global operations. Previously, he spent more than a decade at Maxion Wheels, the world’s largest automotive wheels supplier, progressing from Vice President of Operations for the Aluminum Wheels Division to Global Vice President of Operational Excellence and Quality across the company’s international manufacturing network. Wald holds a Master of Industrial Sciences from Hasselt University, Belgium, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
